A Little Bit of Information
The I-70 Diner had orginally sat on a dirt lot in six pecies after being one of Kroll's Diners. Then, in May of 2007, it was purchaesed by Tom and Jean Bredehotf on the internet and then hauled all the way from its home in Fargo, N.D. on six semi-truck trailers to Flagler, Colorado to be reassembled. After settling into its new home on Exit 395 on I-70, it was cleaned up and opened anew on July 4, 2007. Today it is managed by Chef Richard Kacir, his wife Vania and the Bredehofts.
